Training App - 6 week program
This is no ordinary, generic workout app.
The Stronger-U Training App allows you to access a 6 week program, built specifically for you based on the equipment you have available. No equipment? No problem. I can develop bodyweight programs, band programs, dumbbell-only programs, or full gym workouts and each exercise that is programmed comes with a full description and demo video done by me so we can get stronger together.
Here’s how it works:
We do an assessment to gauge where you’re at, and where you’re trying to go. This allows me to properly program for your specific needs and goals. The assessment is done in person at my gym in Cochrane but if the location is a challenge, don’t worry, we can complete a virtual assessment too.
The program is created for you on a 6 weeks basis. Having this parameter is important as continuing the same program longer than needed will only create plateaus and/or boredom. This will ensure that at the end of your 6 weeks we touch base in order to discuss the next training phase.
The app allows you to track the weights used, reps, gauge your efforts, fatigue and keep you consistent with your workouts. You can also enter measurements, progress photos and track your macros and have weekly access to me directly.
For an extra boost to your fitness journey, I can add a nutrition piece to help maximize your efforts. Add an optimal Macro/Calorie calculation plus provided food list to learn proper and sustainable nutrition habits for life!
