At Stronger-U, I help you learn how to maximize the efficiency of your movements to achieve overrall health and wellness. I start this process with a thorough assessment of your range of motion, alignment and fitness level.

From here, we build a plan together that enables you to learn how to properly left weights to avoid injury, build strength through resistance training, and master proper movement patterns. With a background in Kinesiology, I keep my focus squarely on safety and form so that you can have fun and stay focused on your workout.

The goal of our time together is to instill confidence in your own abilities so that you can be your strongest you.
